2. User Responsibility

  • Pricing and commercial terms entered into quotations.

  • Project timelines and commitments.

Multiply does not verify, guarantee, or approve any quotation, pricing, scope of work, or project information created by users.

3. Independent Agreements

Any quotation, proposal, agreement, or commercial arrangement generated through the Platform is solely between the homeowner and the contractor, designer, or service provider.

Multiply is not a party to any contract, transaction, payment arrangement, dispute, warranty, or project execution.

4. Quotations and Estimates

Quotations generated through the Platform are informational documents based on data provided by users.

Multiply does not guarantee:

  • Project costs.
  • Material prices.
  • Availability of products or services.
  • Project completion timelines.
  • Accuracy of user-entered information.

Users should independently verify all information before accepting any quotation.

5. Project Records

The Platform may store project records, quotation versions, attachments, and related information for convenience.

Users are responsible for maintaining backup copies of important records.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, branding, and platform content belong to Multiply or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of information, project details, quotations, and content uploaded by them.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful activities.
  • Interfere with the Platform's operation or security.

8. Limitation of Liability

Multiply acts solely as a technology platform.

  • Contractor or homeowner disputes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
